Be Lovingly Intelligent

In the early days of exposure to computer programming, I marveled at the intelligence of people writing the computer programs. More intelligent were the people who could corrupt it and call it a virus attack and then provide the instructions to set it right called anti-virus. I was amazed when I learnt about this secret. I wondered if anti-virus could sustain for years to come. It has definitely surpassed the test of time and now it is mandatory to have an anti-virus software installed in every computer as a security measure. One set of dedicated people do the damage to the system and another set of people undo the damage.

A friend of mine exclaimed “How intelligent the whole process is?” What a business model?

We are under constant fear in-spite of installing the best antivirus that our systems are vulnerable to virus attacks. How does fear affect intelligence? What impact does it create?

I explored the science behind intelligence and wanted to know what components make a person intelligent?

Fear destroys Intelligence

Intelligence is a quality which comes naturally. Each one of us are born intelligent. Intelligence is naturally rebellious in nature. It is not mechanical at all. This born intelligence which is original is slowly destroyed by people around us.  An intelligent person follows himself and does not follow anyone else. To convert people to carbon-copies the intelligence is destroyed and the feeling of fear is evoked. The feeling of being insecure is developed in the name of security.

Example: I clicked on a link in my Whatsapp message for checking where I am supposed to go to vote. Immediately I get a message from Google saying that Virus has been downloaded on to your mobile. Install the app to clean the virus. Am in a fix to download the app. Will the downloaded app corrupt my mobile and will I lose all my contacts or if I just keep it like that will my mobile get corrupted. To download or not is my inherent fear. I chose to ignore the download and my mobile is still fine and working. With the fear of losing data many people just do as is told even without thinking.
We just follow because we are scared of facing reality.

To get rid of fear

We are focused on security for the future and are constantly ensuring safety measures. It is our fear which pushes us to take these steps. We are seeking absolute security for tomorrow which cannot be guaranteed. We do not know about tomorrow? We are missing the present in the worry of tomorrow. Take necessary steps and rest assured that we have the intelligence to deal with challenges of tomorrow. Let us not miss out on the present. Being in the present is intelligence.

Sharpen the intelligence
·       Be more innovative and inventive in approaching challenges of life.
·       Get clarity in each step. This builds capability.
·       Do not imitate. In the process of imitation, we have lost the vision of our own reality. This has made us dull and boring.
·       Just being ourselves will help us get back the freshness. Do not copy anyone.

Intelligence is trust with oneself. When we start trusting ourselves, life becomes an adventure, a thrill. Intelligence is making use of the present moment. Always remember if the present moment is lived 100%, the seed for living the next moment to the fullest is already sown.

To undo the damage of fear and sharpen your intelligence, bring in the quality of intelligence. It maybe even a small act of cleaning your car. Let it be your way, your style, your innovation. Do it with trust and confidence and not as a duty. You tend to become more lovingly intelligent with every passing day.

Bring in essence of active meditation for your intelligence to develop on the emotional intelligence or business intelligence front.
