Taking risks by people in organisation who are in leading positions should be taking risks willingly to experiment and bring in innovative transformation in the workplace
The top key positions are the ones who are the decision makers and they must set the example of risk-taking for others to follow suit. This allows work-force  to explore new avenues and will not fear failure.
Tap Creativity

Team members should be encouraged to give suggestions openly without the fear of condemnation or criticism. This will inspire everyone in the team to participate during brain-storming sessions and it could shape the company’s culture as open and trusting environment.
There is always a new method of doing every task. Each team member should be allowed to try out varied paths and come out with solutions of “why this idea works” and “why this idea won’t work”. When they themselves would have experimented it, there will be lot of conviction in taking things forward.
Nobody likes to follow any decision blindly. Companies should be willing to allow employees to take risk. When the teams themselves arrive at a solution they will be connected more and will be willing to accept others suggestions easily as they know in their heart of hearts that the path chosen is well -researched and accepted. This will help in uplifting creativity even in small mundane tasks also.
The search that involves in the process helps teams to be creative. Every new search has a new beginning, new mind-set, new life-style which involves risks. Each and every team member reflects in-depth before arriving at a definitive statement. This allows them to strive towards excellence. They become accountable to new approaches or if they want to continue to do the same old pattern without adapting to new changes in the work-place. When new changes are brought in as a team it benefits the entire organisation.
Be Daring

To be brave is an important aspect of human nature. Being brave is not something that can be taught but can be developed and exercised by experiencing real life scenarios and also applying logic to the work that is supposed to be done. When one is brave enough in the work-place and implements cultural changes in the work-place, the entire team follows suit based on the level of implementation and the path sought to allow it to sink  inside of the organisational structure. Every time when there arises a complication along with risk taking factors, one has to think critically of bringing a amicable solution. 

Creating Opportunities at work

Every team member should be actively involved in creating opportunities which should benefit them and the organisation. This can be done only when there is a risk- taking ability in finding out new ways. Sometimes the new path may look painful however taking one step at a time helps in reaching the destination. Remember always “No Pain – No gain”. 

Career Growth

Having a vision and aligning with the vision helps in growing oneself in any organisation big or small. Creating the roles and taking up the responsibilities pertaining to that role in a small organisation will enable to broaden the visions and gain experience which would not have been possible in a bigger organisation.
Subject Matter Expert
When every role is shown the growth, sincerity becomes a part of the role. The person taking up the role will gain knowledge and move towards becoming an expert which is mutually beneficial for the organisation. It is worth taking the risk of showing promising growth for every role.
Many companies fear of sharpening skills of employees due to fear of attrition. This fear can be addressed by showing the growth curve. There might be cases of wrong decisions, however that should not stop the company ways of sharpening the skills and knowledge.

Individual Personal Growth

When the inner purpose of the individual matches with the purpose of the organisation the level of motivation is very high. It is imperative to understand each and every individual’s inner goals and encourage them to pursue the goals as the connect and bonding happens on a much higher level.
